So, um, I guess July was really dull. Only 6 journal entries. Hmm...what did I do in July?

Went to LA. Had fun. Came back to supervise teaching assistants and revise astronomy lab curriculum. Sweat alot in this unrelenting heat. Went to the dentist. Went to the doctor. Yup...dull.

August will be better. We're heading to California to spend some quality time with the Pacific. I'm very much looking forward to seeing water and experiencing cooler temps. Once we cross the desert, that is.

And, of course, August has already started with the "Great Tapatio Incident". Things are already more exciting.
