2004-04-25 11:59 PM Enchiladas and hummus Mood: awake Read/Post Comments (4) |
My food cravings this weekend involved a lot of hummus and a huge pan of enchiladas. I figure that hummus is probably the healthiest food craving I've ever had, so I give into it. As for the enchiladas, well, I hadn't made any in ages, and it's a rare day in my life that doesn't require eating tortillas in some form. It was a pleasant weekend overall - graded, saw "Kill Bill Vol. 2", graded some more, drank chocolatey beverages at Starbucks, graded yet more, and watched "Iron Chef America". Sakai is my favorite, and I think the American judges were just too lame to appreciate his genius. And, to echo Kenny, why would you have a judge who won't eat raw food in a competition featuring one of the most innovative sushi chefs in Japan or America? LAME! Now I shall go to bed, lie awake for hours, fall asleep only briefly, and lie awake again til five minutes before the alarm goes off. I mean, it's Sunday, and I woke up at 5:45am. My sleep cycle needs to resync, methinks. Read/Post Comments (4) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
