I've started off the day by being called a "dumb bitch." Not for the first time this week, this woman decided to drop off her daughter in front of the faculty parking lot gate. (Completely ignoring the car turnaround about 10 yards away.) This time, she left room for me to go around, so I did, because otherwise I'd hold up traffic behind me. And she screamed, "Can't you wait a minute, you dumb bitch?!" Now, seeing as how she is in the wrong, it kind of amused me. As it was, I had to get out of the car to use the scanner, because of where she stopped. Grrr...

It's amazing how, even though I didn't do anything wrong, I still feel upset that she yelled at me. Almost like I did do something wrong. Sigh.
