In another case of former students bringing me business, one of my current students is the sister and daughter to previous students of mine. She's enrolled at another college and is coming to MCC just for my class. Yet more proof that I no longer inspire fear. Maybe if I wore my Jedi robes to class...

I have an ice-pack on the top of my right foot, which has a huge bruise on it. I'm fairly happy about it, though, because it means I'm back at kenpo. Yup. I emailed Simo to inquire about private lessons because my schedule wouldn't allow me to attend my usual classes. She emailed me back that they were offering more courses at a new location, and now I can continue my training. Yay! Last night, it was a semi-private lesson with Simo, a black belt and a green belt. Tonight was an open adult class - three black belts, one black/brown belt, a brown belt, a green belt and me - a yellow belt. I'm sore, bruised, but content.
