2005-09-13 4:59 PM it all balanaces out I'm catching a cold. Drat. I see lots of vitamin C and herbal tea with honey in my future.
The writing has been slow today. I've only got about 1,000 words down so far. I've been working pretty consistantly (for me -- consistancy is an odd concept for the mother of two children under three.).I'll get at least another 500 more done, and finish the scene so tomorrow I can move on to What Happens Next. Some really sneefty things have happened in the process of writing and processing the story, however. For example, I realized the main female character is the protagonist from "Bison's Child", which I wrote late last spring. It's good to see her again and find out how her life turns out. Over all my stories that have gone through Critters, "Bison's Child" was the one that so many people absolutely adored and had an emotional connection with, for some odd reason. But I had a strong emotional connection with it, too. And I can't complain. Rice brought me some chocolate bridge mix. Most bridge mixes I'm aware of have chocolate covered raisins and peanuts. This one is special -- chocolate covered candies, e.g. gum drops, mints, toffees, peanuts, raisins, almonds, and walnuts. I recently found a writing word counter, so I'm going to use it because I love, love, love them:
