2005-11-12 9:31 AM saturday morning Rice is home.
Currently, he and Avadore are in Rice's office putting Rice's new hardware into Rice's computer. Then they're going to game a bit. And then we're going to do something else really fun. I just haven't figured out what that is yet. LD is crawling all over the house. He's a movin' little fool. Time to drag out the babygates. While the kids are hanging out having a good time, I may write. That's right -- I've written very little since Rice has been gone. Not a lot of free time. Such a busy couple weeks. Hopefully, except for the doc appointments on Wed., and the wedding rehersal on Friday and the wedding itself on Saturday, life might be a little less crazy and I can get more writing done. It's either that or cut into my sleep time, which I'm hesitant to do since it's just the kids and me and I'd rather not fall asleep while cooking Avadore's macaroni and cheese and burn the house down... Thanks to Eric and Rhubarb who don't care about my editing skills and their application to this journal. Very much appreciated. And in terms of a couple of off-journal comments -- no, I have not now, nor ever, done my hair and makeup so that I could look like someone else. (Except for Halloween, of course when I dress up like goth housewives and other such things.) When I look in the mirror I see me and I see no reason to change that. Now if people did think I looked like a member of this country's current administration, I most definitely would do something to alter the perpetually stupid look on my face. Time to go write. WHEEE!
