The brown rice pasta is called Tinkya'da (as in the accent on the a). It can be pricy, even on sale, but is occasionally worth it and fills the pasta missing holes. If one were to do a google search, one might find online outlets that will offer a good deal. Haddayr-- can you have tapioca, cornstarch, or potatoes? (I'm assuming not, but if so, I have some flour recipes to make your own pastas, etc. Of course, then you could just make your own whole wheat pasta...). Any more questions?
