2006-04-21 11:59 AM lost and six things I had just finished typing up my six things when LD came along, opened the door on the front of my computer, and turned the machine off.
Time to start locking it up again. :: sighs :: The fabulous Mary has tagged me to tell you six random things about myself: 1) As I have advanced in age, I have become quite particular about chocolate. Yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as bad chocolate and too much chocolate. Also, I prefer dark. Very dark. 2) I keep Victoria Holt novels around for the first trimester of pregnancy. They are read at no other time. Those pregnancy hormones are disturbing. 3) When I was a kid, one of my favorite movies was the 1930's King Kong. (Have I mentioned my thing for animals? Yeah...) 4) If you had told me when I was a kid that I would decide to stay at home and be a mother instead of having a career, I would have considered you insane. I was going to be an actress, I was going to be a star, I was going to shake my ... wait. I wasn't that big of a Whitesnake fan... :D Seriously though, I was either going to be an archaeologist (or more likely physical anthropologist -- they do intersect) or teach high school English and drama. Or I was going to be a marine biologist. And I was going to be an amazing mother and wife. 5) I was also going to a be a rebel, which I perhaps why I spent so much of my junior high years reading J.D. Salinger's books (Not just Catcher in the Rye -- Holden had issues, but I'm not sure that being a rebel was one of those issues) and Steinbeck. Okay, who to tag... Jason, Netter, Sarah, Reenie, Haddayr, and Jenn. Read/Post Comments (6) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
