But really, this isn't about the year and the time so much as it is about the people living in this time where the time is just backdrop.

Maybe I'll write about that strange time someday, when twins were killing their parents, wives were dismembering husbands, and teenage girlfriends were having affairs with old, married men and wacky violence ensued, when actors were dying outside of clubs on Halloween, ice skating stars were warring, and Kurt Cobain was still around to see his star rise.
