Electric Grandmother

Still lots o' busy today. Rice is doing yard stuff and I'm packing more boxes of books and seasonal clothing, etc.

Um. The cool thing about eating a diet low in or absent of meat is that they also tend to get to eat a lot of beans. Beans totally rock. They're a wonderful diverse food. Sort of like zuccini.

Today I have vegetarian refried beans mixed with salsa, a couple tablespoons of sour cream and some sharp cheddar. I could eat it like soup.

Um. Fascinating, I know.

That is all.

And I will get some writing done today! And I will read! Put my feet up! I have had a lot of work and little put up feet time and it sort of got to me last night. I was feeling a little bit like a Sim who had been neglecting their huge flat screen TV or virtual reality simulator.
