2007-04-25 11:26 AM looking for ideas I have a good amount of hair. It's really long hair. I use a lot of conditioner.
In terms of flying, I can pack a little 3 ounce container of conditioner and prolly even mousse to carry on the plane. And I can pack a bigger bottle of conditioner in my checked bag, because you know, I doubt 3 ounces of conditioner will last me for five days. The mousse has me a tad stymied. Do you know what happens to containers of mousse and the bag they've been in after hanging out in a non-pressurized location? (Plastic zipped up bag or no.) That's right -- lots and lots and lots o' foam. Nummy. So, other than buying a regular sized container of mousse upon arrival that I will use for a few days and then discard before flying home (which just seems wasteful), does anyone have any other ideas on how to pack, carry mousse, just in general take more than 3 ounces of mousse across state lines in a plane without ending up with mousse all over? I am actually discussing hair and mousse and conditioner in my blog without dicussing anything else. I am mortified. Quick! Someone say something about Proust!
