Both Ingmar Bergman and Tom Snyder have died.

Bergman = Duh. He made some amazing films which have always blown me away. Really. What else is there to say?

As for Tom Snyder, my father often listened to him on the radio in the car whilst I was growing up. He was a constant for so long. Sort of like an old friend one hasn't heard from for a while, and then their obit appears in the paper one day.

Trust me, I know. This recently happened to me, and it was terribly sad.
