2007-08-28 9:08 AM meme to get back in the saddle Nabbed from Sovay.
What are you reading right now? Samuel R. Delany's About Writing (again); Endless Universe: Beyond the Big Bang by Steinhardt and Turok; Sonya Singh's Ghost, Interrupted; Neil Gaiman's American Gods (another again); and Perfectly reasonable Deviations From the Beaten Track: The Letters of Richard P. Feynman by, well, Feynman, edited by Michelle Feynman; InterWorld by Gaiman and Reaves on CD. Do you have any idea what you'll read when you're done with that? Oh yes. What's the worst thing you were ever forced to read? Anything my MIL has handed me. *shudder* What's the one book you always recommend to just about everyone? Totally depends on the person involved. Admit it, the librarians at your library know you on a first name basis, don't they? Not currently, but I'm sure they'll figure it out. The librarians always do. Do you read books while you eat? Depends if anyone else is around. While you bathe? I have been known to bathe and read, though I shower much more than I bathe because well, water doesn't grow on trees. While you watch movies or TV? No. One or the other, right? Okay, wait. Sometimes I'll sit with the kids and read while they watch something. While you listen to music? It depends on what I'm reading, but it's not unheard of. While you're on the computer? Sometimes. I really prefer printed books, however. While you're having sex? Uh, that sounds horribly thoughtless. And would have to either be a really good book or really bad sex. While you're driving? Absolutely. Audio books, however, I'm not totally consumed. What's the last thing you stayed up half the night reading because it was so good you couldn't put it down? I have children. Though tempted this doesn't tend to happen, not if I want to function the next day. Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
