Great insight into making dough

Tonight I'm going to use a flatbread recipe I have for the crust. An experiment, though I suspect it will be a successful one. Then we'll put on whatever we have lying around the house that looks good. I may even make myself a Greek pizza, sans the pesto. There will be salad and perhaps even mango yogurt smoothies. (I buy big bags of frozen mango, thaw some mango for a bit and then put it in the blender with some yogurt, and perhaps some vanilla. This is not the dessert yogurt, though one could use that. This is ye olde Nancy's yogurt. I also often add some flax meal.)

What are you having for dinner?
