Electric Grandmother

Today is freelance writing work, fiction writing, and studying--my usual three weekday activities.

Tomorrow is freelance writing work, fiction writing, and studying, and then I have my first class for the certification I'm pursuing.

I haven't been inside a college classroom since mid-May of 2001. I'm excited and nervous, but there's also a piece of me that can't help but say, "Oh, crap. I have to do this again?" I love school, I love learning, but there is a piece of me that's worried about the time commitment and who just feels utterly exhausted from everything that's happened in the past two years.

At the same time, I know I can do well, learn a lot, and it's a great way to help jump start my professional life again.

But... I'm going to be working on three or four big life projects all at the same time. Is this wise? Continue to tune in and we'll find out.
