Swept away, sweeping away, looking
Contained inside the body the explosion of
power..drawing the strength to contain all that is brewing and churning
so close to the top, like boiling water
ready to overflow it's rim, ready to scald and burn a path
past it's container
Afraid of the moment when the inner being can no longer hold back that thing, that anger, that ugliness it's feeling.
We are of flesh and blood, warm red blood pulsing,now boiling with the feeling of injustice, confusement,unsettled, the why's
It's at the top..roiling internally..waiting for the spark that will bring it forth
Push it down, again, further, calm it, try..

Dont let the anger win, it has been your enemy, not your friend
