Eye of the Chicken

OK, not something anyone but me is likely to get too excited about . . . but I just took my guitar out of its case for the first time since my lesson on Monday, and guess what?!??!! I played The Irish Washerwoman ALL the way through (including the Rather Tricky B Part) without missing a note!! I seem to have memorized it . . . Of course, having said that, I will now flub up every time I try again today . . .

But that won't be many times, because my book club is coming over tonight and [a] I have to finish the book and [b] I have to sand-blast the house . . .
