God *&%$#. "The Globe" (a tabloid magazine) is running a cover story about the Kobe Bryant sexual assault case. One the front of their issue is a picture of Kobe Bryant's accuser dressed in some skimpy lengerie, above the headline, "Did She Really Say No?"

Victim blaming makes me sick. We do way too much victim blaming in this country. Did she say no? Did she say yes? How in the hell should we know? Only two people know for sure what happened that night. It's going to be up to a jury to come to some kind of conclusion on how they perceive what happened on that night. This country was founded on a principle of innocent until proven guilty. Apparently when it comes to cases of a woman accusing a sports star of sexual assault, it's "the guilty accuser" until proven otherwise.

So why in the f**** would they print that picture of her, hiking her skirt up to reveal a garter belt on the cover of their magazine? What's the point in that? It's really infuriating.
