Should I put on a turtle-neck sweater or some thermal underwear? Should I stoke a fire and curl up under a blanket? It's January 3rd and it's going to be 79 degrees today. So maybe I should break back out my shorts and sandals. In January, I should want to go to a movie to escape the cold, not to the beach to enjoy the sun.
