2004-01-20 2:52 PM Hello Walls! Read/Post Comments (0) |
I love short weeks. Nothing compares to that feeling I get when I think it's Monday, but realize it's Tuesday. It's a great sensation of relief to know that there are only 3 more days (after today) until the weekend.
I had a boring, yet relaxing weekend. I did get some writing done this weekend, although it wasn't the type of writing that I would have preferred. I am helping out with some educational stuff for "The Vagina Monologues" this year, so I spent the better part of Sunday night and Monday evening working on some educational handouts that I'm going to be handing out. My plan to watch a movie a week has already been derailed. I did not make it to a movie last week, so I'm going to either have to write it off, or see two movies sometime. No big loss. Nothing great was out at the theaters anyway. I wish that I lived closer to any of the big art-house cinemas like the Inwood, the Anjelica (sp?), or the Magnolia. Every single movie showing at those theaters is a movie that I have wanted to see for a long time. I spent Sunday night watching some great football games. For those not in the know, the Carolina Panthers are going to be playing the New England Patriots in this year's Super Bowl. I'm hoping for a good game, but won't be let down if the game royally sucks. One advantage of not being a fan of either team playing is that I really don't get too emotionally invested in either team. So it's no big deal who wins or loses. That's about all for now. Love you all. Matt out Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
