blah blah blah

today may be one of the most "blah" day's I've had in a long long time. Most days that I'd categorize as "blah" usually have their ups and downs. Today's just been one of those even keel days.

One of the joys of working at different times every day is that once every blue moon, I'll accidentally forget to set my alarm clock. I only have one early day every week (thursday), so you'd think that it'd be no big deal remembering to wake up early on that one day. Well today, I forgot to set my alarm clock. So instead of walking my happy ass into work this morning at 8:00, I ended up showing up an hour late. It's no big deal really, because I never do stuff like that and there was someone here to cover my shift anyways. But it still sucks nonetheless.

Class was "blah" as well. In film class we watched this movie by a famous Cuban director which was "blah" in it's own right. I mean, it was okay, but it just dragged on and on.

The highlight of my day thus far has been eating a Bratwurst sausage with sauerkraut. There's a new hot dog stand on campus, and I thought today I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. It was YUMMY!!! Although I don't want to make a habit of eating hot dogs and sausages, it was still pretty damn tasty. :-)

Work is work. I've had not one, but two people come into the office crying today. They both were all paranoid that they weren't going to get into the classes that they want for the next semesters. What I wanted to say was, "get a grip!!!" What came out was, "let me see what I can do."

Other than that, not much else to report on. Hope everyone's having a good first day of April!
