Another random thought:
One thing that always makes me laugh is when a movie advertisement has a who's who of Academy Award winning and nominated actors and actresses, but not all of the features players are as well recognized. Take two movies coming out this weekend as an example. The advertisements go something like this: *voiceover* "The Manchurian Candidate" directed by Academy Award Winning Director Jonathan Demme Starring Academy Award Winner Denzel Washington Academy Award Winner Meryl Streep and Liev Screiber or "The Village" directed by Academy Award nominee M. Night Shyamalan starring Academy Award nominee Joaquin Phoenix Academy Award nominee William Hurt Academy Award nominee Sigourney Weaver Academy Award winner Adrien Brody and Bryce Howard Makes you wonder if that last featured player feels like they don't match up. matt out Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
