Congratulations to my Houston Astros who just won their franchise FIRST playoff series victory. I know that there are bigger and better prizes out there, but this means a lot.

And now...the St. Louis Cardinals...the best team in baseball. :-| If you want to be the best, you have to face the best.

I like to imagine that my dad is up wherever he is, smiling away. He would have enjoyed seeing them win this thing. Maybe he'll send some World Series mojo our way!

But in the meantime, GO ASTROS!!!! :-)
