Uh, we had a slight weapons malfunction, but uh... everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?

Classes are going as well as can be expected.

My Sociology of Family class is REALLY easy. At this point, I don't honestly know why *I'm* not teaching that class. I can pretty much do just a good of a job as the teacher. See: Top 10 signs you're getting ready to graduate.

My Sociological Stratification class is REALLY interesting and is actually challenging...how 'bout that? My teacher recently made the Young Conservatives of North Texas' "Liberal Professor Watch List." She's a really great teacher and, believe it or not, keeps her politics at check. Those wacky YCT's. What will they come up with next?

My Social Statistics class is interesting, getting more difficult by the week, and ultimately somewhat beneficial. I can't say that stats are the funnest thing in the world to do, but math has always been fun to me....as long as I've been good at it. If I'm not doing well in Math, then I HATE Math. But when I'm staying afloat, I can't say that I mind Math all that much.

My Medical Sociology class is getting more interesting by the day. Can't wait to bust find out more about the health care industry.

If I do have one complaint, it's that EVERY Sociology class that I've ever taken spends the first few weeks as a review session. We go over the theories and the theorists first, and then jump into the course material. Well, I'm SICK of going over the same theories and theorists at the beginning of class. I feel that if you're in a 3000 or 4000 level Sociology class, you shouldn't have to go over the same things that you go over in a freshman or sophomore level class. It gets repetitive, boring, and ultimately a waste of time. But that's just my opion.
