1. If you could build a second house anywhere, where would it be?

I'm not a big fan of second houses, but I do love Chicago like you wouldn't believe. After visiting there for a high school band trip, I decided then and there that I wouldn't mind living there.

2. What are your favorite articles of clothing?

My sandals.

3. The last CDs you bought?

Anya recently (yesterday) purchased "American Idiot" for me. I think it's pretty awesome. The rock spirit of "The Who" lives on in a new generation. A case could be made for "Best Rock Band." Sorry U2 fans.

4. What time do you wake up in the morning?

Usually 7ish.

5. Favorite kitchen appliance?

Blender for smoothies.

6. If you could play an instrument, what would it be?

I do play the Trombone. Wait, make that past tense. I'd love to be able to sing and play the piano like Harry Connick Jr.

Dark Green

8. Which vehicle do you prefer, sports car, motorcycle or SUV?

I'm not a big SUV guy. Even if they had good gas mileage, I think they're too much like tanks for me to be able to get inside one on a regular basis. Even though I almost always drive the speed limit, I'd have to say sports car, but only if it's a muscle car.

9. Do you believe in the afterlife?

It's not an afterlife, it's just the next phase *of* life. If anything we should call the realm that we're all in now, "the appetizer."

10. Favorite Children’s Book?

Although not technically kid's books, my sister turned me onto the David Eddings "Belgariad" books when I was pretty young. I LOVED those books. "The Hobbit" may come in second.

11. What is your favorite season?

Spring. Warm days, cooler nights, sandals all day. :-)

12. Tattoo? What is it?

Marine Corps emblem on the top of my right arm. Red star with the initials JJM below, on the top of my left.

13. If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

The power to heal people.

14. Can you juggle?

I've attempted numerous times, but can only do it for a second or two.

My dad.

Dead prostitute.

Friday. It's the first day of the weekend for me.

SUSHI. God, I LOVE sushi.

Sunflower.

Screw appetizers, it's all about chips with salsa from either Ninfa's or Chuy's.
Some grilled Veggie Fajitas.
There's a delicious Kahlua Cream Cake at "On the Border" that makes me wanna tell the world how good it is.

24. Describe your PJs.

Skin.

25. What is your favorite breakfast?

Fruit based. Maybe some cereal with Soy milk (I think I'm lactose intolerant in the worst possible sense). If I'm having fruit for breakfast, it always goes well with Mimosa.

26. Do you like your job?

I REALLY don't like my job, but it does afford me the opportunity to post and work on short stories. Can't beat that.

27. What is your dream job?

Hemingway, without the whole suicide thing.

28. What age do you plan to retire?

30 years old. To a beach in SoCal.

29. Where did you meet your spouse/significant other?

Forced blind date. I'm glad I went.
