I was just reading a profile of downtown Dallas on cnn.com's travel site. It covered the usual Neiman-Marcus, West End, and Deep Ellum highlights, but this line at the bottom of the profile caught my attention:

"Mild Texas temperatures allow visitors to be outdoors throughout all four seasons."

HA!

Gotta love those mild, 100 degree Dallas summer afternoons.
