- Take a look at Barack's NCAA bracket. If you've seen the way the University of North Carolina basketball team has been playing, then you realize that it's a smart move to pick UNC to win it all. If UNC does win it all, Barack's going have a wonderful talking point. And barring any kind of monumental collapse on Barack's part, picking UNC as the National Champion will all but guarantee him winning the North Carolina primary. Although Duke fans may have different opinions...they've been eliminated though, so no big loss.

But as it stands anyway, he's leading by 21 points in the most recent NC poll.



- I think Dems need to chill out a little bit about John McCain. He's doing well in the polls right now, but I think either Hillary or Barack are going to have an easy time of taking down McCain once (if???) the general election season kicks off. I mean, have you heard the shit that's coming out of his mouth?

- I think the Super Delegates need to start endorsing. They've had 44 contests. The country has essentially spoken. NOTHING is going to fundamentally change between now and then. And if the Super Delegates end up picking Barack and there ends up being some major scandal between now and then, they can always flip back at the convention. I think it's time to end this.

- HA! Typical Clinton BS. Once the "scandal" broke about HRC lying about landing under sniper fire, we should have known that they'd respond by bringing up Wright. And these people are good Democrats how? I think that was not a wise move on their part. Sure, some people are going to respond well to the attacking Obama by bringing up Wright, but I think this is going to backfire in their face. And with her "sniper fire" remark (not a misspoken quote when it happens on numerous occasions weeks apart from another), her embellishments of her record that will no doubt be brought up in the next debate, and the releasing (or not-releasing) of her tax records, I think they're in for a rough month. We shall see.

- Obama needs to hold a conference call with his surrogates and just straight up say that they need to abstain from any remarks that can come back to bite the campaign in the ass. No more references to Monica (not relevant), Joseph McCarthy (relevant, but better to not bring it up), or any other reference that you have to think twice about. As my high school principal used to say about questionable clothing, "if you have to debate whether or not to wear it, don't."
