* Although I have 20 hours of work to crunch through within the next two days, I have nothing due today...
* Which means I can treat myself to a glass of wine at this afternoon's cocktail gathering. * Started to pull together a poetry submission yesterday and ending up revising an old poem from start to finish (literally - it doesn't even begin or end with the same words anymore). The original poem had been purchased for publication around five years ago, but then the magazine folded. Here's hoping... * I'm really enjoying Clay Matthews's poems at No Tell Motel. What first caught my eye was this riff on "The Wasteland":
