My presentation on Israel went well (after a tense half-hour or so of wrestling with the A/V settings). I'll try to upload the slides + notes for those interested sometime next week.

Finally got around (after years of meaning to) to visiting the Stieglitz collection at Fisk. I hadn't realized (1) how handsome Stieglitz could be, and (2) how many John Marin paintings were in the collection. I foresee some ekphrastically minded afternoons ahead...
