I've been doing pretty good at all the various odds and ends I wanted to do as part of my Anti-Dare -- read a bunch of Blaylock stories and started reading some Tim Powers stories, trying to read more Dr. Seuss to Drew, and even got to the gym a couple times!

What I haven't done is gotten out the guitar. I can't seem to find the time! Nights are all about getting some dinner made, eating, cleaning up, feeding the Drewster, and getting him to bed. Then Lizzie and I have an hour or two to chill out together before we crash (Lizzie usually nods off first, though I follow her pretty soon after). When your day starts at 5:30, trying to make it to ten p.m. is a challenge!

Which we'll try to do tonight, to watch the only TV shows out there worth watching -- "Scrubs" and the new show, "The Office." Otherwise, except for the news, the old TV stays off. Although Drew does like watching some public TV every now and then, like "Read Between the Lions" and good ol' "Reading Rainbow."

But yeah, I'm annoyed at myself for not plucking on the guitar more. Maybe I need to give myself a deadline. You'd think with all the writing I'm NOT doing, I'd be able to do more... Ah well. Later!
