Maaan where does the weekend go? Friday we had some friends over for a cookout (of course it rained, so I was grillin' in the rain), in which we made enough food for a small army, so it's Leftover City for us the rest of the week (which is kind of nice, as we're heading to the beach Thursday through Memorial Day, so fewer groceries to purchase -- it's the little things).

Yesterday was Bring-the-Car-to-the-Shop-Day, so I took my laptop to the Caribou Coffee shop next door to the Amoco and fiddled with chapter 11 of the baseball novel. Then we went to the dog park to let Whit the Wonder Pup fraternize with his fellow pooches. Lizzie and I even had a date last night, and Drew got to hang with his grandma.

Today I finished up chapter 11 and got the team to Cuba. Soon as Drew wakes we're off to Artsplosure, a Raleigh arts festival. And I hear the young 'un stirring now, so I've got to cut it short.

But hey, I'm halfway on the revisin'!!!
