The good news is, the xmas shopping is done! Bought the last gift today. Whew.

The other good news is, we signed the paperwork for the new house today.

The bad news is, we've gotta get our current house (aka "The Love Shack") ready to sell by the start of the year so we can get out by late February or early March, when the new house is scheduled to be complete.
