Okay, I finally got around to adding a photo of poor Mr. Whit and his Hated Lampshade (result of his spider bite):



We took it off him this morning, feeling sorry for him (you should hear the noise it makes when it's on and he shakes his head). Within two minutes he'd scratched open his wounds. So it's back to the lampshade for him! Later...
