2007-10-18 3:57 PM Shots Drew and I got our flu shots today. I didn't cry. That makes one of us. Ouch!
Elizabeth and I both felt like traitors -- the nurse sorta distracted him, then she just JABBED it into his leg. He screamed. I think it was more out of surprise than anything else. Luckily, he didn't stay upset for long -- maybe 30 seconds. I normally wouldn't get one, just because I don't really think they work, but with a new baby entering the house in less than four weeks, I figured we'd be best safe than sorry. Live and learn, right? And try to get better... Rejections suck!) So let me see if I can get the new chapter one of this book whipped into shape! And, I almost forgot to mention that Mr. Drew, with less than 2 months before his 3rd birthday, is up to 37 pounds (93rd percentile) and 39 inches tall (90th percentile). Our boy is 3'3"! Later...
