At long last, after about three months of daily checking by yours truly, my novel finally has am Amazon.com product page!

Amazon has gotten to be so huge and pervasive that my book hasn't felt real (even though I've held the advance copies in my grubby little hands) until now. Maybe we'll even get the cover images upload shortly, along with the other odds and ends, like a brief summary of the book.

Now I feel like I can start bugging area bookstores and libraries about stocking the book. In the coming weeks, I'll give details about how YOU can help (by calling your local library and suggesting they order a copy from Five Star, the publisher -- they sell mainly to libraries).

Also, I may have broken some authorial protocol in doing so, but I started up a discussion on the product page, talking about how some SF is accessible, while other SF is not. I like to think mine is, and I hope to snag some readers who normally would shun a genre book. So go over to the discussion near the bottom of the page and weigh in with your thoughts, if you like.

And soon the reviews should start trickling in. Maybe they'll even be positive ones. That'd be sweet. Later!
