Strindberg + Helium

It's now a major pain in the butt to get to the funniest of the videos on here, but since these bring me great fits of laughter and I have a tendency to do impressions of Helium now and again (especially in the presence of cupcakes), I thought I'd share the joy.  But be warned, Comedy Central requires you have a certain plug-in to play the three that they have on their site now.  The funniest is among the three and is called "Sulpher and Iron."  Watch and enjoy.

Another on my list of things I mumble sometimes are "The Doom Song" that GIR sings on Invader Zim.  Normally this isn't my taste in comedy.  I usually like more intellectual comedy and less slapstick comedy.  Typically speaking I really dislike comedy that could be categorized under the "bodily function" jokes category.  And while this show tends to be rather gross if you think of about it literally, I have to say that the presence of GIR makes the whole show hilarious.  Few cartoons have made me laugh as much as this one, and The Doom Song will forever be a favorite of mine, especially when doom-y type things are about to occur.  Plus, the animation in this is gorgeous in its own sort of way.  The coloring is well-chosen, and the blocky style is reminscent of other cartoons of that particular era of cartoon-making (which is an era that's not over yet--Kimpossible, or however you spell that show's name, incorporates much of the line style used here as well, but clearly is a bit further evolved).
