2005-09-28 9:13 AM Retreat or Attack -- basic coping strategies When you face a moment of crisis, are you more likely to react with fight or with flight? I'm definitely on the flight side, although there is nothing close to flying involved -- retreat is more like it, turning tail and running for cover, withdrawal, etc. I'd like to stop up my ears, close my eyes and pretend it will go away.
