Thoughts/Edits/Miscellany: I've got more words written on a piece of paper, it's just getting to typing them out that's been difficult.

I know I'm not gonna make it, but my goal had been 20k by this weekend. Maybe if I write like the devil tonight, and on Sunday... *sigh* If I get back early from Stockton, I may have to sacrifice fun for writing. When did I decide I wanted to do this for real?

So far responses to the novel are mixed from "wow, it's good" to "I don't get it!". None of the writers in my life have said anything, except The Wanderer who merely says I should write more. Yes, I know I should. If only to keep up with people like you who've left me in the dust. ;)

I'm trying to not worry about this, but between the novel and the apartment hunting (which goes poorly, again, a sigh) I'm sort of stressing. Part of me wonders why I live my life in this state of perpetual distress, but I think on some strange level I thrive on it. Not healthy for those around me, but whatever gets you through I guess.

Tonight I have concessions duty at work...yay. Well, not yay really, but I think it might clear my mind some.

Alright, I'm off to try and be productive.
