I returned this flick after one watch but plan on checking it again soon. a 9 dead baby flick here
Dark Blue: Kurt Russell really is another one of those actors that can do no wrong. just watched escape from LA last week and now this? Im sold. kurt is a bad cop doing whatever it takes to put crooks behind bars, but his conscious gets the best of him (a standard storyline, sure, but this is such a good angle). the film is set against rodney king's beating/hearings and the climax is the minute the verdict is announced on the radio--the LA riots play a big part in this one. good stuff, prolly 'bout an 8 or so. Wind Chill: a ghost story. a decent ghost story in a time when ghost stories are hard to make good. this is worth a watch but I wouldnt pawn my mower to afford it...maybe 6 or 6 1/2 dead babies here. looks like tonight's fare might be not up my alley. Lonely Hearts, with travolta and salma hayek [again, yum], so it might be okay. ill let ya know soon. goodnight all, I got some small chores to do, then watch a movie. gotta hit the hay early cuz once again Im on a damn roof tomorrow--why didnt I listen to my mom and learn a trade where I stay on the ground? [cuz I wouldnt be happy doing anything else...I just like to bitch, I reckon---would bitch if they hung me with a brand new rope I suppose...] sleep well :) Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
