watched a good one lastnight: The Invisible, about a kid thats almost dead in a drainage hole but his spirit walks around (in the form of him, natch) and if he can solve his murder, get his dying body found, he'll live. great movie, but the ending was just not perfect....7 dead babies.

been reading again...finished Brother Odd--not quite up to par with the first two in my opinion--and The Good Guy (both by Koontz, btw) which was his standard murderer chasing victims with lots of personality from damn near every character. standard Koontz all the way. a good read, tho...

started a book called True Tales of Law and Order, which is about the TV series law and order's shows [Ive never watched it] and the true cases they were based on--sometimes exact, sometimes not. good stuff, tho. theres 15 short stories, and not a dry read at all for being a true account 'thang'

the wood stove is perfect cept for that cold half hour when I first get home after work [wood gathering, tho, is a full time job] and usually by 8 or 9 o'clock the front door is open cuz its too hot...

k...building a garage...got a good crew and yesterday when the sun was shining (but not warming the 34 degree air) we had a blast...fun stuff, and I even cop a pay for it---can I get a witness?
