Your result for Test Your Ideal Role in a Rock Band by Rymdolov ...

Bass Player
10 Talent, -2 Energy and -3 Charisma!

What? Disappointed? You think that with your talent, you should be playing the guitar, standing at the edge of the stage, making the crowd scream in time with your magic fingers? Well, you're not that type... You DO happen to be the bass player, though, which is actually better. Leave the prancing and monkeying around to the monkies and focus on what you do best - play music. Because when the singer stops singing it's an interlude and when either guitar stops playing it's a solo of some kind but when YOU stop playing it's a disaster! Without a good bass player, a rock band becomes a couple of black-clad troubadours at the best. So keep playing and remember that 90% of all fans and groupies out there won't know the difference between a bass and a guitar anyway!

I played guitar (and occasionally keyboard) for many years in local bands...then got so burnt-out I just quit and sold my stuff to pay the rent. I wouldnt want to do it again, but I do like to set around and play acoustic. aint too many things quite as cool as a campfire, some party material, and a sing-along.

when I had a recording studio, I did everything recording my songs, so bass aint a total stranger to me [drums, though, are a mystery to me, as anyone who's heard my stuff can attest] it'd be somewhat boring to me cuz a bass is to keep the bottom of songs together...a bassist and drummer are the core of the song whereas the guitar and/or keys are the icing on the cake--which is what I prefer. that makes this quiz's answer kinda odd, even with the truthful answers.

okay, Im so outta here
