The only thing I know about buzz is that it feeds on itself. Maureen Corrigan mentioned ABSENT FRIENDS on NPR's Fresh Air yesterday. Not my doing, not Bantam's. Just a tiny mention, but five months before the book's due out. This can only be a good thing.
