Actually, having once been a member of the retail class and experienced the madness that is Black Friday first hand, I try and spend the day as far away from stores as possible. Little known fact: though the day after Turkey Day (or as the Native People I know like to call it, The National Day of Mourning) is known as a HUGE shopping day, the day after Present Day (December 26th) is actually much more lucrative for retailers.

I know! Whoda thunk it?

I mean, presents! Who wants to go shopping when you've got a bunch of new presents to fawn over?

Not me, that's who.
