tee, or kee (kitty); a later addition is "cat," pronounced "cot" dada or dadee hi hey (barely distinguishable from hi) bye bye (pronounced baba, wave optional) tsee? (all-purpose interrogative, used while pointing somewhere) uh oh (more like ah oh) teeth (with or without with "th" at the end, used in context of brushing them) and my favorite: gakaka (graham cracker) she can also make a variety of animal sounds including moo, baa, and kak kak (what a duck says).
