Now that I have a few more blog pals/blogs I read, I thought I'd revive this little game:

Peripatetic Polar Bear would be played by Laura Linney. Smart yet unassuming.

Danny from Field of Dandelions would be played by Timothy Busfield (although perhaps that's partly because he played a character named Danny on The West Wing).

Jo(e)'s definitely a striking brunette, smart and sensuous (hey, she belly-dances!). Susan Sarandon all the way.

I get a definite Mary Kay Place vibe from St. Casserole. A wry sense of humor.

Preacher Mom: Hmm.... Holly Hunter? Hey, PM adopted two kids within a year. The woman's got pluck.

Friday Mom is the toughest one I'm doing today. I am going to go out on a limb and say Catherine Keener.

Mark/Lepper Colony: I'm getting Ethan Hawke with clean, trimmed hair.

Mr. Cloudy: quiet and thoughtful. A slightly younger Ed Harris.

SpookyRach: Texas gal, great sense of humor, fun to be around. Sandra Bullock.

Princess of Everything: very enthusiastic and bubbly. Bette Midler.

If you're not on the list, I either haven't been reading you long enough to get a clear picture, or you just defy categorization!
