It's Thanksgiving morning and the house is full, with two more at the extended stay motel for reasons of crowding and allergies. R woke up this morning realizing that the turkey was brining in 2x strong solution so he's taken it out and returned it to the fridge. Now the 20 lb. CostCo Megabird will have time to dry in the fridge so it'll get nice and crisp in the oven.
