Since much of what I write about relates to my work, I try to use pseudonyms and keep references to other persons and work units as vague as possible. Some of my entries are written as a letter to J (my daughter) some are just journal entries. In each case, I'm the one who's writing, but I don't want to identify the other people by name or exact title.

And I write to express my frustration or anger, and also my joy and hope. It helps keep me at least moderately sane. I hope.
