I have often wondered why more novellas aren't published. I've read quite a few novels now that were pefectly fine novellas, plumped up to reach novel length and losing quality thereby.

In the old days (before your time, probably), two novellas would be published as one volume, back-to-back. I wonder why two of you who write novellas don't get together and publish together, in a novel-sized and -priced format.
