I was messing around with the settings on this computer via the Control Panel and totally bollixed the whole setup. I tried to restore stuff to its original settings and managed to make things worse. Busy fingers, you know.

Thank heavens for Norton GoBack! This is the first time I've ever had to use it and it performed the job perfectly. Now if I can just teach busy fingers to stay away from the settings...if it works, don't fix it!
