I just spent the early part of the morning doing mea culpa words. I'm afflicted by having a quick and outspoken tongue, and I often speak the truth in a way that does not reflect my compassionate heart. The only thing I can do is get in touch and, more than apologize, say how I truly feel, and heal if I can.
